Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This includes:

• Incorrect product selection

• No longer wanting the item

• Reactions or sensitivities where the product has been opened or used

We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully and contacting us prior to purchase if you have any questions.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major fault

• Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault

Individual skin responses can vary. Aura, by Hayley Rose is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend:

• Reviewing ingredient lists carefully

• Performing a patch test before full application

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless faulty

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
