Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are for patients who are concerned about dry, dehydrated, sun damaged, thin, and crepey skin on the face, neck, décolletage, or the backs of the hands. Dehydrated skin lacks adequate water content and can appear as rough, flaky and crepey-looking. Dehydrated skin can appear to have similar symptoms to dry skin, however, even oily skin can be dehydrated. Dry skin is a skin type that has a lack of oil (sebum) and dehydrated skin is a skin condition that has a lack of water.
Price
Due to the TGA's recent changes to the advertisement of prescription medicines, we are unable to mention what treatments are able to be performed, if you're deemed a suitable candidate for treatment. Information for treatment options can now only be discussed during a face-to-face consultation with Hayley.
Treatment Process
Hayley will discuss with you your medical history, motivation for treatment, your concerns and expectations with treatment outcomes. You will be handed the mirror to show her the area/s of your concern and she will discuss treatment options (if applicable and you are deemed a suitable candidate for treatment), risks, pricing, downtime and aftercare. She will often mark your face with a pencil and discuss the aging process with you and advise how a treatment option may help address your skin concerns to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. If you're deemed a suitable candidate for treatment, and time permits on the day, you will be given consent forms for your specific treatment and your 'before' photos will be taken.

For skin booster treatments, it is recommended to have 2-3 treatments 4 weeks apart and repeat the 2-3 treatments every 6 months
